Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. I carry liability and bonding coverage through Pet Sitters Associates LLC (Policy #PSA-019483), renewed annually. I’m also Checkr Tier-2 background-checked, refreshed every 12 months — documentation available at our meet-and-greet.
What if my pet needs medication during a visit?
I’m comfortable with oral medications, topicals, and subcutaneous fluids with prior instruction, and I’m Pet Tech Pet First-Aid certified (CPR + heat illness). For complex protocols I’ll have you walk me through the routine at the meet-and-greet so I do it exactly as your vet prescribes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 48+ hours ahead are fully refunded or credited; 24–48 hours are 50% credited; same-day is non-refundable. The heads-up helps me offer the slot to a neighbor on the waitlist.
Do you do a meet-and-greet before the first visit?
Always — a free 30-minute meet-and-greet is required before the first service. Your pets meet me, you share routines and quirks, and I note entry codes and hide-spots. Most families say it’s their favorite part.
How do I pay?
Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or check, due within 24 hours of each visit (weekly invoicing for multi-week bookings). No platform fees or booking surcharges — the price you see is what you pay.
